Can I book if it’s my first visit?

Yes. First-time guests can book online. If you are unsure which menu to choose, feel free to tell us the style you’d like or any hair concerns.

Is the salon close to Kami-Shakujii Station?

Yes. It is just by the North Exit of Kami-Shakujii Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. Leave the North Exit and turn left (there is a Mizuho Bank ATM on the corner). See Access for details.

Can I ask about balayage colour?

Yes. Kraemer Paris TOKYO offers dimensional design colour. Let us know your hair’s condition and the finish you want.

Can I discuss colour and hair care together?

Yes. We’ll ask about your hair’s condition and treatment history and recommend colour and care options.

Do you offer men’s cuts?

Yes. We offer men’s styles, including fades and shaving. Tell us about the design and styling you’d like.

How much is a haircut?

A stylist cut starts from ¥5,940 (from ¥6,600 with Goto, Kobayashi or Higa). Prices may vary by stylist and menu, so please check the booking page for the latest prices.

What are your opening hours and closing day?

Weekdays 10:00–19:00; weekends and public holidays 9:00–18:00. Closed on Tuesdays. The men’s service (Kraemer homme) is open 10:00–23:00 on weekdays.

Is there parking?

There is parking for one car. Please contact the salon in advance about availability.

Can I bring my children?

The salon states that guests may come with children. If you need particular seating or facilities, please ask the salon before booking.

Can I request a specific stylist?
